PRO‑977 Ultra Prime is a pigmented acrylic wallcovering primer formulated for use on most wall surfaces, including new bare drywall and sound painted walls. It dries white with a matte finish and provides superior hiding power to create a uniform surface for wallcovering installation. PRO‑977 improves slip for easier pattern matching, is specially formulated to withstand double‑cutting, and promotes enhanced strippability for easier removal during future redecorating. The primer is low odor, non‑splattering, tintable with up to 4 ounces of universal colorant, features easy water cleanup, and contains zero VOCs (as calculated per EPA Method 24).
