Kube Contract was founded in 2008 with a clear belief: the commercial interiors industry didn’t need another generalist - it needed a specialist. Our story starts in a small town in Poland, where our founder grew up watching Vescom trucks roll in and out of a local wallcovering facility. At the time, it was just part of the everyday landscape. In hindsight, it was the beginning of something much bigger. Years later, that early connection came full circle, where Kube was established with Vescom as its founding brand. From day one, the focus was deliberate - bring world-class wallcoverings to the commercial sector, without distraction. Since then, we’ve grown with intent. Today, we curate a considered portfolio of commercial wallcoverings and textiles from Europe and the USA - materials that push boundaries, solve problems, and elevate how spaces perform and feel.

In 2026, Kube Contract acquired The Swinson Group Limited - New Zealand’s 40-year wallcoverings leader - marking a new chapter as Kube Swinson after the retirement of Jo & Grant Swinson. Swinson Group had long been New Zealand’s leading specialist in commercial wallcoverings and now with with Kube Contract we offer additional commercial products as the 'Kube Swinson Group'.

With a shared commitment to quality, service, and innovation, the Kube Swinson Group is building on decades of experience to support the next generation of commercial interior spaces in New Zealand.
